Against slope insensitivity and for different application areas
Our steel wire mesh and spiral rope networks are a combined system of anchoring and surface securing, working together with specially developed claw plates and other fasteners.
Stabilization of slopes affected by weather conditions…
Braid, consisting of 3 mm very durable steel wire, secures steep soil, loose ground and rocky slopes affected by weather conditions.
Measurement
With our measurement concept, the effective forces at the anchor points can be determined depending on the geotechnical parameters and a static evidence can be created for the complete system. The software required for this is available on request.
Tests
The transport properties of the complete systems have been proven and approved by numerous experiments carried out by independent testing institutions.
Assembly
Offered in 3.5 x 30 m rolls, its installation is extremely fast and easy. Thanks to our innovative connection clips, connecting the braid strips without overlapping greatly shortens the assembly time. Anchors in recesses and niches and transitions on edges and protrusions are easily established with nail plates and rock nails / rock anchors. Active pre-tension prevents subsequent breaks and visible deformations.
Important advantages…
Compared to retaining walls, shotcrete, wire rope mesh, heavy square mesh mesh and reinforced hexagonal mesh:
– Measurable system
– Freely selectable anchor points
– Quick installation on large surfaces
– Invisible structure after greening
– A much better CO2 balance compared to sprayed concrete
Rock Fall Nets
Max. where the catchment area for falling rocks is too little or the energy is too much. It ensures the safety of rocky slopes up to 100 m high. Thus, the falling rocks go to the collection area in a controlled manner between the mesh and the rocky wall.
