This polyurethane and rubber based system is resistant to abrasion. Its high elasticity and impact absorption properties minimize the possibility of injury to children in situations such as slipping, falling, hitting the ground. Polyurethane primer is applied on concrete or asphalt floor. the first layer with a thickness of 8 mm is mixed with SBR granules and polyurethane binder and laid as a hot casting with the ‘finischer’ machine.The second layer has extremely high ultraviolet and ozone resistance, special mixture EPDM rubber granules are mixed with polyurethane binder and applied on the first layer with a thickness of 7 mm as hot casting by ‘finischer’ machine.The field is made ready for the game by drawing lines in accordance with the intended use.
